Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Course is designed in two phases, this being Phase 1 (DMA) consists of phases Define, Measure & Analyze. The key contents of the course are as follows:

1. Define - Basics of Six Sigma, Six Sigma Metric, Team formation, Scoping tools and Project Charter
2. Measure - Basic Statistics, MSA - Measurement System Analysis, AAS - Attribute Agreement Study, Capability Study, Identification of Xs (PFD, FBD) and Screening of Xs.
3. Analyze - Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Designing of Scales for Severity, Occurrence and detection.
